The Excel Centre requires all attendees to bring with them (either on their phone or as a printed copy) proof of double vaccination, Covid-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test (taken within 24 hours of entry) valid on the day of event entry. You can get an NHS COVID Pass, obtained most easily via the NHS App, if you have been double vaccinated 14 days prior to the event or you have a negative LTF or PCR test within 48 hours of creating the pass.

If you can no longer attend HETT Show but have already received your visitor pass, please email [email protected] to cancel your physical registration.
Please note, that if you cancel your physical registration you will still be able to access HETT Connect, our online matchmaking platform so that you can take part in meaningful conversations and make important connections. If you wish to cancel your full pass please make this clear in your email.

Students can attend HETT to take advantage of the CPD-certified sessions, however, you will have limited interactive feature access. To request a student pass please register your details here.
CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities.
CPD enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive. CPD is the holistic commitment of professionals towards the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency throughout their careers, offering an opportunity for an individual to improve and have effective professional development.

After the event, it can take up to 30 days for us to process the CPD information. We will do our best to get your certificates to you as quickly as possible and thank you in advance for your patience.
In total, HETT offers over 40 hours of CPD certified content split across multiple theatres during the 2-day event.
You will be scanned on entry to the sessions that you attend so that we can track the number of CPD points you have collected during your visit. Unless you can be in two theatres at once (if so, please share your secret with us!) we would estimate a maximum of 12 CPD points for attending the two-day event.
It can take up to 30 days to process the CPD information. We will do our best to get your certificates to you as quickly as possible and are grateful for your patience.
This information is relevant to paid passes only.
Cancellations must be received in writing by replying to the booking confirmation email a minimum of 30 days before the date of the conference. Cancellations will be subject to a £99+ VAT administration fee per delegate for all paid passes.
Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time by replying to the booking confirmation email.

At the ExCeL London no cash will be taken at catering outlets and cloakrooms so all customers will need to have contactless payment methods available. Seating & meeting areas will be spaced out to maintain social distancing. The cloakrooms at the venue will still be open for use but please only bring what is required. Signage displaying key messages, in line with the latest government advice, will be in place throughout the ExCeL. Reminders to regularly wash hands, not exchange business cards, and refrain from personal greetings (a handshake or a hug) will be in place throughout the ExCeL. Relevant markers and one-way systems will be installed in public areas, including the central boulevard, toilets, lifts, and cloakrooms, to help everyone keep a safe distance.
The ExCeL offers free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to ‘_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi’ using their standard login, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.
ExCeL London has over 40 onsite cafés, bars and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table service for more formal dining as well as grab and go options.

We are passionate about ensuring the safety of our visitors and exhibitors. In order to keep everyone safe, please have the NHS Track and Trace app installed on your mobile device. We will be providing extra space within the venue to give visitors the room for social distancing. This will include more spaced-out networking areas and theatres. As are organisers we are managing this event professionally to reduce crowding and monitor it throughout the day. We encourage you to minimise touchpoints, be aware of those around you and follow the signage at the event. When walking around the event, we ask you to please keep to the left of any gangway to minimise paths crossing. We are implementing a no handshake policy. Please refrain from this or sharing business cards with one another. Exhibitors are encouraged to used data capture devices, to ensure contact-free sharing of business details.

We will be asking you to wear face masks in more confined environments to ensure this event goes ahead safely. We will have a face masks available at the entrance to the event for every attendee if you forget your own. Theatres will be cleaned between each session and will have strict seating capacities.
Ventilation will be increased, improving fresh air circulation in line with the latest CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) guidance and recommendations. The ExCeL has altered its air handling units to draw in the fresh air, as opposed to recirculating air.
To ensure the safety of all, the venue has introduced enhanced deep-cleaning measures, with an additional focus on high-frequency touchpoints, such as lifts, counters, toilets, doors, seating, meeting areas and handrails.
If you have access to a thermometer, we highly recommend taking your temperature before arriving at the venue. If you have a reading higher than 37.5°C or any COVID-19 symptoms, we politely request that you refrain from visiting our show.
For the purpose of personal hygiene, hand sanitiser stations will be provided but please bring your own personal supply if possible. Please sanitise your hands upon entry to the event and after touchpoints.
