Amy joined Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP) as Director of Communications and Engagement in June 2013 and is now an Executive Director. She is passionate about using communications and engagement as a strategic leadership tool and believes both are central to the effective delivery of sustainable change, ultimately improving services for patients and the public.
As part of her portfolio, Amy leads ICHP’s deliberative engagement service working in partnership with Ipsos MORI’s Qualitative Research and Engagement Centre (QREC). Projects include the OneLondon Citizens Summit on uses of health and care data, London’s Covid-19 Dialogue and Deliberation and more recently, NHS Test and Trace Public Advisory Group.
Prior to joining ICHP, Amy held a number of senior roles in communications and engagement in the NHS; working at national, regional and local levels across both provider and commissioning functions.
She brings a broad range of experience ranging from stakeholder and patient engagement to public affairs and strategic communications. Amy has a degree in Public Relations.
