Harm Mescher

Harm has been in the field of corporate learning and workforce enablement for over 20 years. As consultant and project manager Harm supported over a dozen multi-national SAP implementations, initially for DA Consulting Group and later through his consultancy firm.

Harm’s career with uPerform began nearly 16 years ago where he has held a multitude of roles focusing on sales and general management. Throughout his tenure Harm has assisted with the expansion of the international sales & professional services organization throughout EMEA and the Asia Pacific. Harm holds a master’s degree in Business Studies from the Rotterdam School of Management.
