Rochelle Gold

Head of User Research - NHS Digital

Rochelle is Head of User Research at NHS Digital and is responsible for user research strategy and standards across the organisation. She has developed the user research profession and capability within NHS Digital and leads on inclusive design and user centred design maturity.

She has over 20 years’ experience in research within the health, social care, criminal justice and academic sectors and previously worked for organisations such as the Probation Service, Commission for Social Care Inspection (now CQC) and the Centre for Criminal Justice, Economics and Psychology at the University of York.
