Transformation Programme Manager - Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust

Sam is an Occupational Therapist by background with nearly 10 years of experience working in the NHS. Sam has experience working as an Occupational Therapist in both adult and paediatrics working in both the community and acute services, moving on to specialise in Urgent Care. Sam became the organisations first non-nurse ward manager when he took on the role of Acute Medical Unit Manager. More recently Sam moved into Programme Management and was managing the Acute and Urgent Care workstream focussing on Emergency Department performance when the organisation was recognised as being one of the best performing organisations in the country. Sam is the Transformation and Quality Improvement lead for TeleTracking for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and has supported the deployment, embedding and ongoing continuous improvement of the system.
