Sarah divides her time between providing freelance legal support to health sector clients and advocating for improved involvement of patients & the public in decisions about health innovations and the use of health data. She recently stepped down as deputy chair of the Public Advisory Board of Health Data Research UK and currently. sits on the Steering Group for the HDR’s National Reproducible Machine Learning Project and also the University of Manchester’s Enhancing CAMHS Referrals (En-CAMHS) Project Steering Group Other recent experience includes sitting on the Oversight Board for the OneLondon Health LCRE CItizens Juries in 2020 and working with National Voices on their report “Surfacing Unmet Needs” – commissioned by NHS E/I to inform decisions made by the Accelerated Access Collaborative on prioritising NHS innovations
