Dr Niamh Lennox-Chhugani is an expert in the field of healthcare change. She has nearly 30 years experience of evidence-informed change leadership in health provision, commissioning, and policy in the UK and internationally. She is a behavioural scientist who has led evaluation and implementation of change programmes in healthcare, including the use of digital health technology, with a focus on user perceptions of change and the effect of change on human relations. She has a PhD in organisational behaviour and change from Imperial College London.
Most recently, she has focused on the evaluation and implementation of integrated care and population health in the UK, US and Europe and the application of AI and machine learning in healthcare provision.
