Tom Binstead is a health data and information specialist with nineteen years of experience working in the healthcare sector, including six years in analyst roles within the NHS. Tom is director of strategy and analytics at Dr Foster, where he is responsible for defining and developing the business’ future portfolio of advanced analytics and insights solutions, driving Dr Foster’s growth as a strategic partner to UK and global health systems. Tom manages a team of specialist analysts and leads on population health management solutions for the NHS, helping systems to shift from a reactive model of healthcare to one that is proactive, capable of predicting which individuals and population groups are most likely to benefit from health and care interventions.
