    WiFi

    At ExCeL we have free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi'.

    Business Services

    There is a shop on level 0 at the bottom of the stairs near N4/S4 which sells a range of stationery items and can also do photocopying and faxing.

    First Aid

    You can approach any of the ExCeL team who can help you with a medical emergency or go to level 0 on the boulevard and down the stairs by N4/S4.

    Water Refill

    There are four water refill stations located by the East and West Entrances as well as by the halls S4 and S7.

    Cloakroom

    Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are provided complimentary (subject to organiser discretion). The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.

    Multi - Faith Prayer Room

    The Multi - Faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

    Baby Changing Facilities

    There are baby changing facilities on level 0 in both the male and female toilets in the boulevard.

    Family Room

    The family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, and a microwave to heat up baby food. It also contains a sink and toilet.

    Post Boxes

    There is one post box at the west of the venue by the taxi rank.

    Cashpoints / ATM

    There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Orzo Deli, another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6, and there are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4.

  • There are two stations adjacent to the venue - Custom House and Prince Regent, both are step-free.

    ExCeL is a large venue and the central boulevard is 600m long. All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

    Mobility Scooter Hire

    Mobility scooters are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability; you will need to select the dates and aid you need.

    Wheelchair Hire

    Wheelchairs are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability; you will need to select the dates and aid you need.

    Disabled Parking

    There are 80 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site across Orange Car Park. These are wide bays with minimum dimensions of 5.9m by 3.6m.

    Disabled Toilets

    There are 40 toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building. Opening hours are subject to the events in tenancy at that time of your visit.

    Changing Places

    An accessible changing facility at the east of the venue on level 1. This room contains a toilet, sink and a hoist. Please note the room has a RADAR key operated lock.

    Guide Dogs

    ExCeL welcomes all Guide and Assistance Dogs.

  • Getting to the venue couldn’t be easier, faster, and more convenient.

    Public Transport

    The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance or Prince Regent for the ICC and the east entrance.

    Walking and Cycling

    ExCeL London has free to use cycle racks located at the west entrance taxi drop off point, underneath the DLR walkway.

    Parking and Taxis

    Access to the car park is only via the A13. If you’re using satellite navigation please enter the postcode E16 1FR for the entrance to the car park or what3words ///cheer.events.began

    The taxi drop-off location is at the west entrance of the venue, please use the postcode E16 1XL.

  • CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities.

    CPD for Healthcare Professionals

    The aim of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in healthcare is to enhance patient care quality and safety.

    CPD Responsibility

    It's your responsibility as a healthcare professional to identify your CPD needs, plan how to address them, and engage in activities that support your professional growth.

    CPD at HETT

    Attending the HETT Show is an excellent way to stay updated on industry advancements. It's free for NHS, public sector, not-for-profit, and academic/research workers.

    CPD Points Available

    In total, HETT offers over 50 hours of CPD certified content split across multiple theatres during the 2-day event.

    Receiving your CPD

    As an accredited CPD provider, the HETT team will email all attendees a Certificates of Attendance post-event. It can take up to 30 days to process the CPD information.

  • Public Sector

    HETT is free to attend for those working in the NHS, the care sector, local government, charities, academia, the wider public sector, or independent healthcare providers. Click here to register for your free pass.

    Private Sector

    Vendors and solution providers will be charged a fee of £799.00 + VAT per pass. To register for a vendor pass, click here. Alternatively, to understand how HETT Show can support your business objectives get in touch via this page.

    Transfers

    Transfers are available if you cannot attend HETT Show. However, if the transfer subsequently turned into a cancellation, the delegate would be subject to the cancellation terms.

    Refunds

    30+ Days Before (only applicable for paid passes)

    Cancellations must be received in writing by replying to the booking confirmation email a minimum of 30 days before the date of the conference. Cancellations will be subject to a £99+ VAT administration fee per delegate for all paid passes.

    -30 Days Before (only applicable for paid passes)

    Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance.

  • To register for a Press Pass, click here.

    HETT is free to attend for anyone working in the Press. However, we ask that the brand to once registered contact enquiries@hettshow.co.uk and to make sure ‘HETT’ is referenced and tagged in all pre, during and post-event write up’s, and that a link to the asset is sent to the HETT marketing team.

  • Add us to your safe senders’ list

    To ensure that our emails are recognised and land in the correct inbox, you can follow these simple steps to amend your settings:

    Outlook Desktop

    Right-click our email in your Inbox email list pane
    On the menu displayed move your mouse over or tap Junk
    Click or tap on ‘Never block sender’ in the menu that rolls out
    The resulting popup will say: ‘The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List.’
    Click ‘OK’

    Outlook Web

    Open the email from …
    Click the “Wait it’s safe” link
    Mark Sender as “Wait it’s safe!

    iPhone Mail App (iOS)

    Open your mail app and scroll down to the Junk Folder
    Find the email you’d like to whitelist and slide your finger left to see options
    Tap the ‘More’ button, and then ‘Mark…’ button
    Select “Mark as Not Junk”

    This will then move the email to your Inbox and any mail from this address will go straight to your inbox and not your Junk

    Google (G-suite)

    Navigate to the spam folder
    Search for emails containing the domain you wish to whitelist
    Select all the emails shown
    Click ‘More’ and then ‘Not spam’
