HETT Connect is a FREE premium meetings tool for visitors and exhibitors.
The smart platform allows individuals to search for relevant contacts and products and request meetings ahead of the event.
Our expert concierge team conduct an extensive VIP campaign ahead of the event to confirm hundreds of meetings and ensure that all visitors and exhibitors are fully briefed ahead of the event.
Whilst on-site, our concierge team facilitate all meetings at the venue. All meeting attendees will receive a text message 15 minutes before their meeting time. A team member will meet them in the pick-up zone, and walk them to the designated HETT Connect Lounge, or to the exhibitor booth. All our exhibitors need to do onsite is make sure you’re in the right place for the meeting!

How did HETT Connect Perform?
We launched HETT Connect in 2019. At HETT Show 2019 we offered 30 concierge spots and a target of 400+ fully confirmed meetings ahead of the event.
