The Judging Criteria

The judging criteria* focus on four key areas: the innovation and uniqueness of the solution, assessing how original, disruptive, and transformative it is compared to existing approaches; the impact on patient care and system efficiency, considering measurable improvements to health outcomes, reduced burdens, and how well it addresses critical needs; the scalability and sustainability of the solution, including its potential to expand across the NHS or wider care sector with a strong long-term model; and its alignment with NHS priorities and digital health needs, ensuring it supports key goals such as interoperability, prevention, workforce support, and health equity.

*The opinions of the judges is from them as individuals not their organisations.
